Questions shops ask
Where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe account, which you connect from your console in a few minutes. Plus 5% of each card sale, which Stripe passes to us as you are paid. Refund a sale and that share comes back to you.
Can the shop be on my own domain?
Yes. It starts at yourshop.noviadigital.io, and you can point your own domain at it whenever you like. The console shows the DNS records to add.
Can I bring my products with me?
Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet, or from your current website if it runs on Shopify, WooCommerce or eTrader. The photos are copied across.
Can I use just the quoting?
Yes. Quoting is also sold on its own, at quotes.noviadigital.io: quotes your customers can change, sign and pay online.
Can other shops see my customers or orders?
No. Every business on Novia Digital is separate: its own shop, customers, orders, money and staff.
